Ordering from Perch
- HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?
- We’re happy to offer free standard domestic shipping for all orders over $30. For orders under $30, rush shipping or international shipping, charges are calculated by UPS and will be displayed prior to checkout.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- Your item(s) will be packed, and shipped the next business day after you place your order.
- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE ORDERED?
- As long as your order hasn’t shipped. To change your shipping address, please send us an email @ firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and the correct shipping address in its entirety.
- WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
- You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please note that it can take 12-24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Please email us at email@example.com if you haven’t received your tracking number 3 business days after placing your order.
- NOT LOVING MY PURCHASE - CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
- If you are not happy with any part of your order and would like to return one of the items you received, we will gladly accept returns of all unused items (in the original packaging) up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or to arrange a return, and we’ll email you a shipping label so you can drop the package back into the mail.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You’ll be notified once we've received your returned item back at our warehouse, and upon inspection of the condition will process a full refund so long as it is in acceptable condition.
Refunds: Once your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- BUT WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
- We treat exchanges like a return - we’ll give you a full refund which you’re welcome to use to make another purchase on our site. Please email email@example.com for more information.
- HELP - SOMETHING IN MY ORDER WAS BROKEN! WHAT CAN I DO?
- If an item/your order is damaged upon delivery, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
Ordering a Perch Desk
- WHAT IS COURIER DESK DELIVERY?
- We’re thrilled to offer door to door delivery and assembly service in New York City during our beta launch. We’ll contact you within 24 hours of your purchase to schedule your delivery appointment, and will deliver and assemble your desk completely free of charge!
- WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE DELIVERY?
- A member of our team will call you in the 24 hours after you place your order. If for some reason you don’t hear from us, or need to make a change to your delivery, please call us at 302-827-3724. You can also email us at email@example.com.
- I MISSED YOUR CALL TO SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY APPOINTMENT - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- Oh no! Not to worry - we’ll call you back, but you can also reach us at 302-827-3724 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your delivery appointment.
- WHAT ARE DESK DELIVERY TIMES? IS DESK DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS OR OFF-HOURS?
- We know you’re busy, and that waiting endlessly for a delivery service is frustrating. We’ll be offering weekend deliveries in addition to select nights during the week. When we call to schedule your delivery appointment, we’ll work with you to schedule a time that works well for you.
- HOW MUCH DOES DESK DELIVERY COST?
- We’re happy to offer desk delivery and assembly for no extra charge.
- DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE MY DESK?
- Yes please. We’ll be assembling your desk for you, so need you or an adult member of your household to be present for the entire appointment.
- CAN I RETURN MY DESK IF I’M NOT LOVING IT?
- If after a few weeks you’re not inspired by your desk (or chair) we’ll be happy to accept returns as long as you let us know within 30 days of the delivery date. We’ll even come and pick it up from you. If you’d like to arrange a return, please call us or email email@example.com.
- DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM OR STORE I CAN VISIT?
- PERCH has a community workspace in Union Square and we’d love to host you, and show you our products in person. Please call us or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time to drop by.
